CONTENT
The copy (or wordage) that you provide for your site is crucial. Without it we cannot structure or lay out the site! This is the perfect opportunity to organize the information you have on you and your business into seperate topics. It is here that you will realize how many pages you want and need (i.e. Home Page, Services Page, Testimonials, etc.) and will then be ready to move forward. For those who may be having a challenging time structuring and authoring the content to be posted on their site, we provide a Creative Writing service.
Images used properly and with functionality can catch the eye of your visitors. Get together what images/pictures you have for your site, even if it is a bio picture, or your logo. Also, get together ideas you have for more images. We contract with other artists and photographers around the world for high-quality images. Depending on the size and type, they cost from $5-10 each, and can enliven & enrichen your site.
MAINTENANCE
Domain Name- secure a domain name (www.yourcompanyname.com) for your Web site that reflects your business and/or product. This requires a registration fee of approximately $10, which secures your rights to the domain name for a one-year period, at which time you will have the option to renew the domain name on an annual basis. This process can only be completed online, and must be completed via a credit card. Natalia Web Design recommends using www.godaddy.com to purchase your domain name. For those who are not as computer saavy, we can search for and purchase a domain name for you. If the domain name you request is already taken, we can suggest multiple alternatives for you to consider.
Hosting Service- We provide space for you on a server. In other words, it is the hosting service that transfers your site from a single computer, onto the vast medium of the World Wide Web. Other Web Design Companies tack on commission fees to the monthly hosting service you pay for. At Natalia Web Design it is my commitment to provide affordable, quality service. We will offer 99.99% uptime guaranteed and that is why our clients rely on us for thier business hosting needs, We do offer personal hosting, business hosting and dedicated server

PHASE 1
INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION
Creating a Web site is an investment-of time, energy and money. We do not expect our clients to blindly stumble into a contract for design services without completely understanding the process and what is involved. During our first meeting (face-to-face or via telephone), W can help you establish the motivators of your Website- your purpose, your goals and the critical budget. My goal is the same as yours: to create an effective Web site at a price you can afford. Once we have a clear understanding of what size site you desire (how many pages), W can provide you with an estimate for services. If you are happy with the estimate, we will generate a formal Web design proposal & contract for your review and approval.
**Email, Fax, or Mail the Web Design Project Guidelines. Pay the 50% deposit to secure your account.
SECOND CONSULTATION
In our second meeting, after receiving the above elements we go over the creative preferences that you may have. This is where you plant the seed of your creative ideas, and the more clarity and precise details you can give us, the more the end-result of your site will represent who you, and who your business, really is. Bring any notes, preferences, desires, & ideas forth at this meeting, because once we have completed the initial design (home page), you are allowed 3 structural revisions from that point on. At Natalia Design's dedicated project manager's only take on one site at a time, and devote myself to that project. That is why once we get started it is important for both us and our clientele to manage our time and energy wisely for the most beneficial, and harmonious creative process. What does that mean? Although We may be artistic, giving us creative license does not serve you, unless you are one of the few who has no expectations or visions! By the end of this consult We must receive your text, pictures, and any other content that will be posted on your site that you may have not included in the Project Guidelines. After this consultation We begin designing and sculpting the layout of the site.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Once we have completed the general design and layout of the home page, we will email you a link to take a look at the draft. This is where you can refine the structural (layout and images content) aspect of the site before it is solidified. If you love it, send us your approval and we will move forward immediately in finishing your site! If some things need be shifted or revised, we work together to gain your approval of the site. As I said above, you have 3 structural revision credits to use in this process. What does structural mean? The layout of the buttons, the color scheme, the pictures, the placement of headings, wordage, etc. Once you approve the design or use up your 3 revisions, no other structural changes can be made without additional charges
PHASE 2
HTML CODING AND PERFECTING
After the approval & the full completion of the Phase 2 Section of the Web Design Project Guidelines, the remaining balance on your account is required before engaging this last stage. Here we begin to intricately design and lay out the other pages of your site. HTML coding is used for proper and beneficial keywording on every single page, your text and images are placed and balanced, and the maze of the site is linked together. Through your own vision and voiced desires we sculpt the vast vision of your website into a creative and functional representation of you and your business. It is almost done!
PUBLISHING YOUR NEW SITE
Finally We publish your site, and in addition submit your web page to the most widely used search engines for optimization. That means that your site is up and running, vibrating on the radar screen of the internet! Welcome to the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week cybernet of 200 million people!
